Enhancement - Online Quran Page Accessibility Audit August 3, 2026 Enhancement Fix Design
  • Form validation: required fields now validate inline with clear error messages, aria-invalid states, and focus management before opening WhatsApp.
  • Contrast fixes: gold CTAs and headings darkened to pass WCAG AA (was 2.83:1, now 4.92:1); muted text bumped from 2.56:1 to 4.55:1.
  • Fixed invisible pricing guarantee text (was near-white on white).
  • Popup now restores keyboard focus after auto-close; msapplication-TileColor aligned with the emerald theme.

  • index.html: H1 rewritten from "Study Made Simple." to "Free Computer Science Notes, Video Lectures & Solved Exercises - Class 9 to 12". Title/OG/TW unified for consistency. "FBISE" dropped from H1 to signal future all-boards expansion; kept in subheading.
  • about.html: Mission card clarified - free study resources (notes/videos/exercises), not free tuition. "every FBISE student" expanded to "every Pakistani student". All-boards expansion messaging added throughout. H1/H2 keyword-optimized. JSON-LD enriched with sameAs, foundingLocation, slogan, brand, breadcrumbs.
  • style.css: Hero H1 font-size reduced from --font-size-6xl to --font-size-4xl.
  • stats-config.js: Moved from root to js/. Added tuition pricing config fields with REVIEW BEFORE comment.

  • Full copy rewrite of the Online Tuition page per the new content strategy document.

Enhancement - Side Promo Carousel Across All Pages July 21, 2026 Enhancement
  • Side promo banner converted from static image to 7-slide carousel with auto-rotate (4s), dot navigation, and pause-on-hover.
  • 7 highlight images converted to WebP (11.7 MB -> 523 KB, 95% reduction).
  • Carousel deployed site-wide: all 158 HTML pages now show the rotating promo.
  • All slides link to Daraz product page (view product).

Enhancement - Donation Notification Bar July 22, 2026 Enhancement
  • Added slim notification bar above the navbar on all 176 HTML pages explaining the site is independently funded.
  • Friendly, non-intrusive message about voluntary donations with heart icons; no ads mentioned. AdSense compliant.
  • Bar now uses CSS keyframe ticker animation: text scrolls right-to-left continuously, pauses on hover (desktop).
  • Bar is position: sticky at top so it remains visible while scrolling.
  • Dismissal uses localStorage key 'notifDismissed_v2' so it never reappears once closed. Change the key to reset.
  • Styled with dark gradient background matching site theme, fully responsive at 768px and 480px.

  • Carousel reverted to scroll-snap - At mobile breakpoints, CSS `overflow-x: auto` + `scroll-snap-type: x mandatory` replaces JS-driven transforms. Removed mask-image, will-change, and arrow buttons at 480px/375px.
  • Smoother swipe - No GPU rendering conflicts, no invisible overlay arrows, just natural swipe behavior.
